Alexander D. Malich

Alexandar D. Malich has over 20 years litigation experience as an attorney whose primary areas of practice include workers’ compensation and traffic defense.   Mr. Malich has successfully represented injured workers throughout the state of Pennsylvania.  In addition, Alex has also effectively defended many out-of-state CDL drivers accused of major and serious Traffic Offenses while in Pennsylvania, saving driving privileges in their home state.

Mr. Malich holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Pittsburgh. He attended the Duquesne University School of Law, where he served as Executive Editor of the Duquesne Law Review, interned for the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, and received his Juris Doctor in 1989.

Prior to joining Feather Law Group, as Of-Counsel, Mr. Malich thrived in his own law office located in Western Pennsylvania.  Previously Mr. Malich was a shareholder at Malone, Middleman, P.C., was in-house counsel for Kemper Insurance Companies (1996-2000), and an employee of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Labor and Industry, Office of Chief Counsel. As an employee of the Chief Counsel’s office, he was assigned as a law clerk to Workers’ Compensation Judge Manager Persifor S. Oliver, Jr. (1994-1996), who oversaw the Judges for the western half of the state.

Mr. Malich also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Joseph Hudock of the Superior Court of Pennsylvania, and represented parties in civil, family, and traffic cases, as well as claimants in workers’ compensation matters.
